WHAT WE ARE DOING
We began working with The Mom Project in December 2019 to bring attention to the company’s mission of providing moms with flexible work opportunities at the best companies in the world. After helping announce tennis icon Serena Williams joining as a strategic advisor as well as the acquisition of people analytics platform Werk, efforts quickly shifted to the pandemic. With moms and women, unfortunately, receiving the brunt of the pandemic’s wrath, The Mom Project became the go-to resource not only for job seekers and employers desperate for opportunities but also for media looking for honest voices during such turbulent times. In 2020, The Mom Project, which also secured its Series B funding, was featured on Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, CBS News, and Cheddar, and in TIME, Fortune, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company. The client has benefited significantly from Public Relations exposure, with a four times increase in sales since we began working together.
